What is your return or exchange policy?
All sales are final & cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have a question about your order, please contact us at info@tennesseturquoisecompany.com.

Can you resize a ring for me?
Yes & no! It varies on the ring you've selected but we'd love to help you find your best fit. Email us at info@tennesseeturquoisecompany.com & we will do our best to accommodate you.

Do you have any polished silver pieces?
We don't polish our silver, as we love the well-loved look. If you prefer to make yours shine, you can polish your piece at home. Email us at info@tennesseeturquoisecompany if you need extra care tips.

What can I expect from your products?
As with any vintage piece, you can expect some natural age & patina along with a smooth, well-worn feel. We do our best to accurately measure, weigh, & photograph our treasures but you may notice slight variations depending on your browser. Email us at info@tennesseeturquoisecompany if you have any questions about a particular item.

When will my order ship?
Currently, we ship within the US via UPS twice a week.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email confirming your order details. As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a second email containing information that allows you to track your order. We appreciate your patience as we navigate these times as a small team. 

Can I shop in person?
Yes! Our shop is located in Leiper’s Fork, Tennessee. Plan your visit here.

Do I need book an appointment?
Appointments are preferred but not required. You are more than welcome to stop by during our open hours. If you prefer a private shopping experience, you & your guest can reserve your time here. During this time, you & your guest will have the entire shop to explore at your leisure.

What if I want to bring more than one guest to my appointment?
Due to the size of our shop, we’re limiting our appointments to three people.

Are you hiring?
We are not actively hiring but accept applications on a rolling basis. If you know or are someone who has retail experience and an appreciation for vintage silver & turquoise jewelry, please send your resume along with a note explaining your interest in a role with us at info@tennesseeturquoisecompany.com.

Do you make the jewelry you sell?
We do not make any of our jewelry! Everything is thoughtfully purchased from reputable dealers mostly located out west. We stock mainly vintage jewelry, but we do carry a few contemporary artists as well. Unless otherwise noted, the majority of our pieces are handmade by Native Americans.

I have a turquoise collection, do you buy from collectors?
We currently do not but you are welcome to share your pieces with us at info@tennesseeturquoise.com so we can admire them.
